Our MISSION
Petko Slaveikov School offers high quality affordable education in a friendly atmosphere and good facilities.
Our main goal is to raise the next generation of leaders in education, politics and business, based on Christian ethics and spiritual principles in cooperation between parents and teachers.
The strategy for achieving this goal is applied at every level of school management and is the responsibility of each participant via internal and external assessment and evaluation.
We are all actively involved in achieving the goals by using interactive methods, flexibility in the teaching-learning process and active cooperation between all parties in the process. Each of us is a carrier of both the spirit of our revivalist educators from the past and the modern progressive mindset of the modern teacher, thus being able to meet adequately and timely all the challenges of modern society.
The Management Board, the Headmistress, the teachers' team and all the staff measure the results of of their effectiveness via the personal satisfaction of the students, the high academic achievements, the ethics and excellent discipline, as well via the growth of the financial indicators.
The school staff respects the uniqueness of every child and takes into account their individual gifting and needs. The whole process of teaching and training involves the common efforts of all parties, understanding very clearly that the main responsibility for the personal growth and development of the children lies with the parents.
